Accents of the South

More than 40 years ago, Beverly Farrington embarked on a journey to create a new kind of interiors firm blending architecture with beautiful design. Inspired by the romantic classicism of her southern roots, Beverly applies her fresh interpretation to create elegant, architecturally inspired spaces that are timeless, comfortable, and functional for modern living. Under Beverly’s artistic direction, industry critics have consistently recognized Accents of the South as one of the South’s leading interior design firms. Beverly has created award-winning homes and her work has been featured in Traditional Home, Southern Living, Southern Homes, Alabama Magazine, Southern Lady and The Washington Post. 

Beverly, an Auburn University Interior Design graduate, currently serves as an advisor to the University’s Interior Design department and is a state-registered and -certified professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She is also a member of The Women’s Philanthropy Board for her alma mater. Alongside her love for Auburn, Beverly is invested in advancing women’s leadership as a member of the International Women’s Forum. Beverly and her husband, Danny Alm, live in the historic Twickenham district of Huntsville, Alabama and enjoy attending the Episcopal Church of the Nativity.
