Are tickets available at the door?
Yes — Tickets can be purchased at the door!
My ticket says 10 am. Do we have scheduled times to visit the showhouse?
No. The ticket shows 10 am because that is the time the Showhouse opens. You are free to attend at any time the showhouse is open – between 10am and 4pm on Thursdays-Saturdays and 1pm-4pm on Sundays.
Can I change the Date of my ticket after I have purchased?
All sales are final as stated on our store policy page here. However, for your convenience, we have provided a way for you to change the dates on your tickets yourself.
If you look at the original email that was sent with links to download your tickets, there is a link that says “View your Order” — click on that link.
In the Window that opens click “Edit Ticket”
On the page that opens, check the box that says “Change this ticket”
In the next window pick the new time and date you would like to attend and then click Submit change request.
What about parking? Where do I park?
NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON-SITE. Parking is available at Piedmont Center, 3565 Piedmont Road, Atlanta, GA 30305. Enter at Driveway B (at the stoplight) and follow Showhouse signage toward Building 14. Park only in the Showhouse-designated lot to receive complimentary parking. Door-to-door shuttle service is offered to the Showhouse from Piedmont Center starting at 9:30am on Thursdays – Saturdays, and 12:30pm on Sundays. The last Showhouse entry time is at 3:30pm to provide adequate time to tour; the final shuttle departs Showhouse at 4:15pm. Parking is limited and we encourage riding with friends to the event or using uber/lyft.
Are we allowed to bring in Large Bags, Baby Strollers, etc?
Strollers and scooters are not permitted. Volunteers will request that large bags be checked at the door for the duration of your visit.
Can I take photos/film video of the property?
Photos are allowed and encouraged! Professional photography and filming requests should be fielded through media@southeasternshowhouse.com.
Is the Showhouse handicap accessible?
The Showhouse is not handicap accessible.
