Evan Millárd’s passion for creativity began at a young age, leading him to study graphic design at Oral Roberts University. Seeking to expand his artistic horizons, Evan earned a BFA in Interior Design from O’More College of Architecture and Design at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennesse—aka Music City. 

With experience in luxury residential and commercial design in both Nashville and Chicago, Evan returned to Nashville in 2017 to co-found Modern Remains with two close friends. As part of this dynamic trio, Evan worked with clients across the country, designing spaces that reflected each client’s unique personality and zest for life. After more than a decade, Evan launched his solo career, combining his love for clients and color to create bespoke, jewel-box-like interiors that bring joy and excitement to those who inhabit them. 

Today, Evan is focused on high-end residential projects in Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Alys Beach, FL, and Scottsdale, AZ. His distinctive style and exceptional designs have earned him nationwide recognition. In 2023, Evan was honored with an invitation to join House Beautiful’s prestigious Next Wave—a select group of rising-star designers. His work has been showcased in top showhouses across the country. 

When he’s not immersed in the world of design, Evan enjoys exploring Nashville’s food scene. He resides in downtown Nashville with his French Bulldog, Sophia Marie.
